Return & Exchanges

Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product, and the refund will be processed through the channel you used for payment.
Please note that products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.
Special offers and promotional items are not included, and we still need to comply with our regular return/exchange policy.

Return/Exchange Conditions

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, some jewelry, cosmetics, and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear and swimwear must be returned with sanitary pads intact.
Of course, any defective item can be returned.
If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in its original state, we reserve the right not to accept any returns/exchanges.
If we propose to refuse your refund/exchange, we will notify you; You can choose to send the product back to you at your own expense.
How to return a single item or the entire order?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team and provide the following information to begin the return process:

Step 2: Return the receipt along with the item to its original packaging.
Step 3: Fill in all three copies of the return invoice form. Put all copies into transparent envelopes and stick them on the package without sealing. These documents are required by customs, so please make sure to fill out all three copies.
Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier, and after the courier checks the return, please securely close the package.

If returned, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. When returning, your store name (such as Shoplus) will not refund the shipping fee.
After your package is delivered to us, please reserve the time required for return and exchange (e.g. 7-14 working days) (depending on peak hours) so that we can process your return. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, we will return the package at your own expense. After the return is accepted, we will issue a refund and send you a confirmation email.
