What delivery options do I have?

When your destination country is the United States, you can choose between standard shipping and express delivery.

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery time (10-14 working days)

Standard shipping cost and free shipping conditions, for example, $15 (free for orders over $200)

Orders can receive free standard shipping up to the free shipping amount (over $200). The discount will automatically take effect at checkout.

During peak seasons and promotional periods, delivery may take longer.

Express delivery:

Express delivery time (7-12 working days)

Express delivery shipping fee of $30

During peak seasons and promotional periods, delivery may take longer.

(USA: USA: From Monday to Friday, we send orders to all 50 states in the USA (including Washington D.C.), except for public holidays.). Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How can I track my order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment we receive the order and includes 24 hours. Your item will be processed and shipped on business days. Please note: During the promotion period, this may take longer.

Once your order is packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing delivery information and a link to track the order online. Please note that tracking information may take several days to provide.

Taxation and tariffs

Taxes and fees are calculated based on your transportation destination and listed item by item on the checkout page. Make sure you have selected your location to view the correct local market prices, delivery times, and shipping costs.

Option 1: The product price includes taxes and fees
We ship the goods to all locations using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all relevant import taxes and tariffs will be included in the product price.

Option 2: The product price does not include taxes and fees

We ship to all locations based on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that the displayed product prices do not include all taxes and fees.
Once your order arrives at the destination, you will be required to pay all import tariffs, customs, and local sales taxes for the location you want to ship to. After you place your order, we will send you an email requesting your acceptance of these terms. If you need to know the estimated taxes and fees for your purchase, please contact the local customs.
